Winter tax payments are due and payable Dec 1,2020 through March 1, 2021. Please mail check to 30683 Peavine St, Dowagiac, MI 49047. Please make checks payable to: Pokagon Township.

Please make sure your check is the correct amount, and is written for the same dollar amount that shows on your tax bill.  Please remember to sign your check before mailing as well, as all of these items will cause a delay of your payment to post due to mailing back to you for correction of your check error(s).

The Treasurer, Kevin Young, will be available in the township office on Tuesday's from 4:00 to at least 5:30 (during tax season usually longer), unless it is a posted collection date.

If your mortgage company has requested a copy of your tax bill, it has been mailed to them.   You are receiving a copy of the tax bill for your records as required by State requirements.

Additional tax information can be found on Cass County's website under the Property Tax Search click here.

Inquiries about 2018 - 2019  taxes should be directed to the County Treasurer's office at (269) 445-4468.
